The Outstanding Young Alumnus Award honors a young alumnus who embodies Christian values in their work and personal life.  Each year NCU grants this award in order to encourage and recognize alumni in their efforts to advance in their occupation and relationship with Christ. The Outstanding Young Alumnus Award recognizes an alumnus whose life faithfully exemplifies Christ and the mission of Northwest Christian University as demonstrated by acknowledged professional accomplishments, personal character, integrity and a strong commitment to the Lord.

Criteria for Outstanding Young Alumnus Award:

Is a graduate who upholds the standards of NCU

Is distinguished among their peers for constructive contributions made to society that display leadership, responsibility and expertise in their field and endeavor

Is a person of integrity and demonstrated ability who provides inspiration to the constituency of NCU

Is a traditional graduate within the last 15 years
