Dr. Dilts is an Associate Professor and the Director of School Counseling at Northwest Christian University. She teaches courses in school counseling, professional counseling and Psychology.  Her past employment in Higher Education was at Oregon State University, Corban College and University of Phoenix.  Her professional experience includes mental health, school, and career counseling.  In addition, she has worked as a Realtor, and as an animal trainer with lions and tigers and bears, oh my!  This experience led her to research Animal Assisted Therapy, specifically with dolphins.  She has spoke about many of her experiences above including career topics, personality, and supervision of counseling students.  She loves to be outdoors when possible, spending time with her husband and two small children.
