Congratulations December Graduates
Release Date: Friday, December 16, 2011
On December 16, 2011, at 4PM, NCU will confer
degrees upon its fifth December graduating class. The first
December commencement ceremony in 2007 included 55 graduates. The
ceremony has since grown and will include 84 students in 2011.
Because the graduate and evening/adult studies programs have
students completing degree requirements at the end of each
semester, the December graduation ceremony provides an opportunity
for students finishing in August and December to participate in
graduation, rather than having to wait until May.
Half of the graduates are evening/adult students completing
bachelor's degrees, with majors in Accounting, Business
Administration, Psychology, or Interdisciplinary Studies. A total
of thirty four graduate students will be conferred with either a
Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts in Community
Counseling, or a Master of Education in Curriculum and
Instructional Technology degree. There are eight daytime
undergraduate students, including four Bachelor of Arts degrees (in
Business Administration, Christian Ministry, and Communication),
one Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, two Associate of Arts
degrees, and one Associate of Science degree.
Congratulations December graduates!
