Graduate PLUS Loan

Available to Graduate students who have filed a FAFSA and who pass a credit check. A PLUS loan request, Master Promissory Note, and PLUS loan entrance counseling must be completed. PLUS loans can be borrowed up to the difference between the cost of attendance and any other financial aid the student is receiving.

Private Loan
Students seeking to borrow additional funds but have exhausted all resources from the Federal Stafford and Perkins Loan programs may wish to consider borrowing from a private lender. This loan requires a credit check and often a cosigner. A student may borrow up to the cost of attendance minus any other financial aid received. Interest rates are variable and other rates, terms, and conditions will vary by lender. We encourage students to shop around for the best loan to fit your needs. Use the Oregon Private Loan Marketplace to compare loans.
