Search Library Resources
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Microsoft's web browser Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10) is known to have issues with some of our databases that may make those databases unusable. The various vendors know about these issues and are working on fixes for their products.
Issues include checkboxes that do not operate, excessively long wait times for portions of the database results to display, and a general lack of responsiveness on the part of the database. If you are experiencing these symptoms, try using the database in another web browser if you can.
Online library resources include books, journals and journal articles, magazines, as well as the library's catalog. Most of the resources are restricted to NCU students, faculty and staff, but some are freely available to all.
If you get here and don't see what you are looking for (EBSCOhost, for instance) make sure that you have logged in through MyNCU first. If you cannot log in to MyNCU, send email to HelpDesk@nwcu.edu.
How to Cite Internet and Electronic Resources This is kept up-to-date by the University of California at Berkeley library. It covers APA 6th edition and MLA 7th edition and gives good advice about citing resources.
Tutorials and instructions for many of these resources are available.
