Dr. Rachel Dilts arrived at NCU in 2005 as an adjunct in psychology and counseling. In 2010 she was hired as a full time faculty in the counseling and education department. Her primary teaching schedule includes counseling theory, skills, research, career and assessment. She brings expertise from three other higher education institutions from the undergraduate to graduate level to the classroom over the last 8 years.
Rachel has authored publications and writings including “Dolphin Assisted Therapy for Children with Special Needs” and “Raising Girls”.
Rachel is the recipient of NCU’s Publishing Award in 2010.
