Scott Gallagher-Starr came to Northwest Christian College in 2007 after working eight years in a public library setting.

Scott provides library reference and instructional support to the entire NCU community, both on and off campus. He is responsibile for classroom instruction on library topics, collection development for the Arts and Humanities and Business schools, and library support for traditional and non-traditional students.
