Dr. Steven Goetz first taught at NCU from 1981 to 2000. After a hiatus, he returned in 2006 to start NCU’s present history program which he current heads. His primary teaching schedule includes courses in the humanities, history, philosophy and religion. He brings over 25 years of teaching experience to the classroom.
Steven is active in scholarship and has presented numerous papers on religious, historical and philosophical subjects to various scholarly societies. He is an avid traveler and enjoys planning and leading travel study tours with NCU students.
He is a valued member of the NCU community and has led important initiatives in course design, curricular development and student development.
