Vivian’s university teaching experience includes Ethical Leadership in Schools, Action Research and the Teacher Work Sample requirement for NCU students. She brings public school teaching, counseling, and administrative experience that included various positions for twenty years. During the last fifteen years she has worked at the university level developing teaching material for the Teacher Work Sample. In the fall of 2011 while on sabbatical, Vivian continued her passion for curriculum development and was asked to join the Teacher Performance Assessment Consortium project directed by Stanford University.
Currently fifteen students are participating in the research project which will direct future preparations of the Teacher Work Sample.
