Coty Richardson arrived at NCU in 2011.  Her primary teaching schedule includes biomechanics, human kinetics, nutrition, and other exercise science courses.

Coty is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM.  When not teaching, she works with individuals to maximize personal fitness goals and make positive lifestyle changes.  Coty's future goals include exploring sports psychology and bringing that aspect into her teaching strategies.
