Why did you choose to attend NCU:
I really wanted a Christian community to study Psychology
and when I came to visit I feel in love with it here.
What's the most surprising thing about NCU:
That you really do know everyone on campus.
What are you involved in on campus:
A little bit of everything. I love being involved and NC
has plenty of opportunities for it. I am an RA this year, I am a
small group leader, I work in the admissions office, I play on a
basketball intramurals on Monday night (DREAM TEAM DOMINATES!),
attend games and beacon nights.
Favorite Professor:
I love so many but my favorite right now is Steve Goetz.
He is just so sweet!
Favorite Class:
Probably my ethics class last year with Mick, it was so
good!
Favorite NCU Event:
I love beacon nights! My favorite beacon nights have to
be coffee house concerts and the time we dressed up like 80's
rockers and went rollerblading.
Favorite Thing about Students and Faculty:
It feels like a family.
Advice for Incoming Students:
Get involved, have fun, don't be afraid to totally be
yourself.
Greatest Life Accomplishment so Far:
Shoot, this is hard, I don't really know, I think it
might just be getting the RA position. I love my job and it
feels so good to know others think I can do it.
