Favorite Scripture/Quote:
"Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure."

1 John 3:2-3

Favorite Music:
Missy Higgins, The Fray, Sufjian Stevens, Rise Against…that's the best insight I can offer.

Favorite Movie:
Tommy Boy, Forest Gump, The Other Sister, A Goofy Movie

Why did you choose to attend NCU:
I really wanted to go to a small Christian school and I love the Northwest. When I found out about the Ed. program and the new golf team, NCU looked like the best fit.

What's the most surprising thing about NCU:
I would say how diverse it is in terms of peoples back grounds and views on life. Just because it is a Christian school not everyone has the same opinions on Jesus or the rest of the world.

What are you involved in on campus:
Student Activities; Women's Golf, working in the Library, small group, Orientation staff.

Favorite Professor:
Steve Goetz

Favorite Class:
So far Orientation to Teaching, and History of American International Relations.

Favorite NCU Event:
Coffee Houses and Beacon Nights

Favorite Thing About Students and Faculty:
How genuine everyone is. Students and professors are willing to share their struggles and triumphs with each other.

Advice for Incoming Students:
Be ready to take ownership of your own education, personal life, and spiritual life. This is the type of place where you will gain so much but you have to be willing to give as well.

Greatest Life Accomplishment so Far:
Um…Snagging myself a very attractive husband!
