Getting Started

To begin receiving your veteran educational benefits, follow these easy steps:

Step 1 - If you have never used educational benefits from the VA before, submit directly to the VA a completed copy of VA Form 22-1990 Application for Education Benefits; or submit the Veteran Online Application, VONAPP.

If you have received VA educational assistance in the past, please submit   directly to the VA a completed copy of VA Form 22-1995 Request for Change of Program or Place.

Step 2 - Download and complete NCU's Request for Veteran Educational Benefits form. Turn it in to your admissions or financial aid counselor.

That's it! As soon as we receive your request form and your official registration, we will electronically certify you with the VA for the semester.
