Grants

Federal Pell Grant
Undergraduate students can receive a Pell Grant up to $5,550 per academic year based upon their level of need as determined by the FAFSA.

Federal SEOG Grant
The Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is awarded to undergraduate students who are enrolled at least half-time and show exceptional financial need as determined by the FAFSA. Annual award amounts range from $250 - $500.

Oregon Opportunity Grant
Grants of up to $1950 are given by the State of Oregon to students who are Oregon residents, enroll at least half-time at a College or University in Oregon, and demonstrate need as determined by the FAFSA. 

NCU Need Grant
Awarded to full-time traditional daytime undergraduate students that demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA. Award amounts range from $600-$6,000 per academic year.

NCU Church Matching Grant
Northwest Christian will match any donation made by the home church of traditional daytime undergraduate students up to $1,000 per academic year. An application is required and can be found in the Office of Financial Aid, or by clicking here.

Heritage Grant
Grants of $2,500 per year are given to full-time traditional daytime undergraduate students who attend a Disciples of Christ (DOC) or Christian Church (COC).

Minister's Child Grant
Grants of $1,500 per year are given to full-time traditional daytime undergraduate students who are children of ministers and missionaries from the Disciples of Christ (DOC) or Christian Churches (COC).

Sibling Grant
Grants of $750 each are given to full-time traditional daytime undergraduate students who are siblings and attend NCU during in the same academic year.
