Counseling Center

Northwest Christian University’s Counseling Center offers low-cost, confidential counseling to adults in the community.  Sessions are provided by graduate students working towards a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Counselors work under the supervision of clinically experienced faculty.

By appointment only: Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Who can receive counseling services?
Adults (age 18+) in the community

So, I can receive counseling at the counseling center even if I am not Christian?
NCU counselors welcome people of any belief system and do not press any particular spiritual philosophy

Who provides the counseling?
The NCU counseling center is a teaching facility where graduate students earning a master’s degree in counseling provide services under the supervision of experienced faculty members

How much does it cost?
$10 per session for adult community members (fee can be waived)
Free for NCU and University of Oregon students
