All paper transcript requests have been suspended. We hope to resume the fulfillment of paper transcripts soon, but in the meantime, all requests must be requested and fulfilled electronically.
(If you have requested a paper transcript and not picked it up, or if you cannot get an official copy and need an unofficial copy of your transcript, please contact email@example.com. If you need to pay your bill to release your transcript, click here or call 541-684-7203. Previously received transcript requests that have not been paid will be discarded within thirty days like usual.)

Order Official Transcripts To Be Sent Electronically
NCU has partnered with Parchment to provide delivery of official transcripts electronically. Only official transcripts are available for electronic delivery. It is the responsibility of the student to make sure the recipient will accept electronic transcripts.
Order official electronic transcripts ($10 per request). (Note: it is the student’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will accept electronic transcript if this delivery option is requested. NCU is not authorized to approve refunds.)
While we are suspending all paper deliveries we are offering expedited delivery on all electronic requests at no extra cost. To ensure you have same day delivery, request a transcript prior to noon. It will be delivered that afternoon every business day.
