All paper transcript requests have been suspended. We hope to resume the fulfillment of paper transcripts soon, but in the meantime, all requests must be fulfilled electronically.
(If you have requested a paper transcript and not yet paid or picked it up, we will still honor your request. Please visit the business office or call 541-684-7203 to pay if you haven’t yet. If you still need to pick up a transcript that you’ve paid for, email email@example.com to arrange a pick up or to change your request to be mailed.)

Order Official Transcripts To Be Sent Electronically
NCU has partnered with Parchment to provide delivery of official transcripts electronically. Only official transcripts are available for electronic delivery. It is the responsibility of the student to make sure the recipient will accept electronic transcripts.
Order official electronic transcripts ($10 per request). (Note: it is the student’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will accept electronic transcript if this delivery option is requested. NCU is not authorized to approve refunds.)
All transcript requests take two-three business days. To request for an electronic transcript to be processed the same day, the request must be received prior to 3:00 pm PST, and an additional $10 must be paid to the business office in person or at 541-684-7203.
