Application Process

We are excited to welcome you to the NCU campus community. To begin the process, you will need to complete an application and submit the necessary application materials. We are happy to help you through this process, so if you have any questions, be sure to contact the admissions office for assistance.


Ways to Submit Your Application

Free Online Application
This is the preferred application method for students seeking admission into the Adult Degree Program.

Download and Print Application
This application is for students who prefer to hand-write their application and mail back to NCU.

Apply for Readmission
This application is for students who have attended NCU as an ADP student within the last two years.

Non-Degree Seeking Application
This application is for students who would like to take a class without seeking a degree.


Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission into the Adult Degree Program at Northwest Christian University, the following items are required:

  • An application (NCU does not charge an application fee)
  • Official transcript(s) from all college/universities attended (A minimum transferable GPA of 2.0 is required)
  • If you have less than 12 college level semester credits or 18 quarter credits, you must also submit your high school transcripts.

 

What if I do not meet the Admission Requirements?
Applicants who do not meet these academic standards may be considered by the Admissions Committee for conditional admission on a case-by-case basis. Additional documentation may be required. Please speak with your Enrollment Advisor for more details.

Application Deadlines

With classes starting every eight weeks, we accept applications year-round. We do request that you submit your application materials at least two weeks prior to the date you plan to attend.

Upon Completion

Once you have submitted all documentation, applicants are generally notified of a decision within two weeks of completing their application for admission. Applicants approved for admission are asked to meet with an enrollment advisor to review their transcript evaluation and discuss registration details.
