We’re excited that you have chosen to attend NCU! Your next step is to submit your deposit(s) to secure your place in classes and housing. The deposit deadline is May 1. Deposits after May 1 will be considered on a space-available basis. The tuition deposit for fall enrollment is fully refundable until May 1. If planning to live on-campus, you will also need to submit a $100 housing fee.

Student Accounts

MyNCU is your student portal containing important student information and resources, including BeaconLearning, grades, email, textbook information, tutoring, etc. After you have submitted your deposit, please request your account. You will need your MyNCU account to complete several tasks during your registration appointment and new student orientation.

Class Advising & Registration

Once you have submitted your tuition deposit, you are eligible to register for fall classes! Complete the form below, and your admission counselor will use the information to help schedule your academic advising appointment. Although we are unable to offer on-campus appointments, you will still be able to register individually with your academic advisor via phone.

On-Campus Living

New students who are living on campus must submit a $100 housing fee, complete the New Student Housing Profile and Housing Agreement.

Off-Campus Housing

If you would like to request to live off campus please complete the Housing Exemption Form for consideration. If you are planning to commute to campus and would like to purchase a meal plan, please complete the meal plan agreement form.

Financial Aid Awards

A financial aid award letter will be made once you are admitted and have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Financial aid awards for fall semester applicants are traditionally granted in the spring prior to enrollment, or for spring semester applicants in the fall prior to enrollment. Should you have any questions about the process or your specific financial aid award, you may contact the Financial Aid Office at 541-684-7291 or finaid@nwcu.edu or your admissions counselor.
